Front
The front of Ahd-e-Faraz is designed as a tribute to Ahmad Faraz and the depth of Urdu literature. At the top, two cut panels are placed. One carries the Vshey brand name while the second features a book illustration representing poetry, writing, and literary culture. In the center, a large cut panel contains traditional Urdu cultural patterns inspired by Urdu Adab, with a complete ghazal by Ahmad Faraz written across it. At the bottom left, another cut panel shows an artistic sketch of a man sitting against a wall with books, glasses, and a pencil beside him, capturing the feeling of solitude and thought. Next to the artwork, the words Desire, Complaint, Trust, Resentment, Spectacle, and Story are placed to represent different emotions and experiences connected to love, memories, and life.
Back
The back of Ahd-e-Faraz continues the storytelling through poetic visuals and cultural artwork. At the bottom left, a cut panel features an artistic illustration of Ahmad Faraz sitting outside his home while reading a book, with his name written on the house plate. On the bottom right, another cut panel shows a house balcony where a girl is standing and watching from above, symbolising distance, memories, and silent emotions. Above both panels, bandage-inspired artwork pieces are placed carrying the verses Dil mein hosla na sakat bazuon mein hai and Ab ke muqable mein mere yaar aa gaye, paying tribute to the poetry of Ahmad Faraz. The remaining background is filled with Urdu cultural patterns inspired by Urdu literature, while the most highlighted element is the ‘و’ symbol representing Vshey and its connection to expression, identity, and storytelling.
