Exchange Policy
If your item doesn’t fit and you need a different size, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with size exchanges. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the new size within 6-8 business days.

Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are offered exclusively for items that are defective. To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Kindly include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible. Upon approval, you may return the defective item to us. Refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
